Jongert Shipyard Sells Superyacht Revolution

The Dutch yard is back with a bang

Dutch shipyard Jongert has announced the sale of 47m superyacht named Revolution.

This is the first superyacht Jongert builds since the 18m motor yacht Tommy, which was launched in 2013.

The new project is designed by Vripack and will have expedition capabilities. Revolution will be able to accommodate 16 guests and a staff of 11 people. The yacht will feature a swimming pool six meters long with a Jacuzzi nearby.

A large tender garage will provide space for an eight metre tender and a lot of water toys.

Power is provided by a diesel-electric pod-drive propulsion. The system is built by Veth and will take up 50% less space than conventional propulsion systems.

Top speed will be 14 knots. If completed on time, this superyacht will be showcased at the 2018 Monaco Yacht Show.
