Baglietto Reveals 41m V-Line Concept

The concept is designed by Santa Maria Magnolfi

Italian yard Baglietto has teamed up with design studio Santa Maria Magnolfi for the latest yacht concept from the V-Line collection.

Baglietto has enjoyed succes with the 46m and 54m yachts: 46m Fast and M/Y Unicorn and now presents the V-Line concept which will feature yachts between 40 and 55 meters with contemporary lines and vertical bow.

The first two vessels were designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design and Hot Lab. Now, another design studio, Santa Maria Magnolfi has signed the 41m and the 50m displacement and semi-displacement steel and aluminum yachts.

Designer Federico Santa Maria said: “We had the honour and the burden of having to preserve some of Baglietto’s historical elements and stylistic features — such as the two round portholes on the main deck or the curved corner glass on the helm station.”

The 41m Baglietto features 300 square meters if exterior space for relaxation. She can accommodate ten guests in five cabins including the main deck owner's suite. Crew quarters allow for a staff of nine people.

Power is sourced from two Caterpillar C32 Acert engines for a top speed of 15 knots. Cruising speed is 11 knots.
