Baglietto V-Line Concept Revealed at Dubai International Boat Show

Designed by Hot Lab

Italian yard Baglietto made the headlines at the Dubai International Boat Show.

They revealed to the market a further extension of its latest V-Line designed by Hot Lab Design: the new 50m, all aluminum with a semi-displacement hull will complete the range which include also a 41m and 44m.

The concept has a striking blue hull and modern lines. Design is by Hot Lab Studio. Michael Dragoni, partner and head of style at Hot Lab, said, “The transom, with its strong forward tilt, gives the whole yacht a great dynamism.”

The most distinctive element on this yacht, as even in the smaller “sisterships”, is the high, vertical bow, giving her a dynamic but never aggressive design which draws inspiration from the architecture and the ‘car design’ without losing the Baglietto’s strong personality and unique style. Hull engineering has been carried out by Baglietto engineering department. The light aluminum alloy model will be within 500 GT and is expected to reach a maximum speed of 20 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 18 knots.
