She is named M/Y Skylar
Italian yard Benetti announced the delivery of the third hull in its Fast 125 series of 38m yachts.
Named M/Y Skylar, she joins the M/Y Iron Man, delivered in 2015 and the recently launched M/Y Constance Joy. The Fast 125 Constance Joy distinguishes herself for her characteristic red hull.
The latest Fast 125 Skylar features exterior styling by Stephano Righini, while the British studio RWD provided the interior design.
Skylar can accommodate ten guests in five double cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with superyacht balconies on both sides.
An important feature is the lightweight Azipull C65 propulsion system, developed by Rolls-Royce for the Benetti Fast 125 range.
Power is provided by two MTU V12 diesel engines, each delivering 2,600 hp for a top speed of 26 knots. When cruising at 12 knots, the yacht has a maximum range of 1,750 nautical miles.
