Classic Feadship Charisma Will Undergo Extensive Refit

New lease of life

Classic motor yacht Charisma built by Feadship in 1985 will undergo a refit at Balk Shipyard. This 46.3 m yacht has classic design penned by De Voogt in the 80's.

Charisma was completely rebuild in 2002 and was kept in perfect condition by her owner. The yacht was used to cruise in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Charisma was sold in September 2016 and now the new owner will put the vessel through an extensive refit.

Charisma will get a new paint job, and a few modifications to the interior. A spa with massage room will be created and various interior improvements will be added. Also, a new larger bow thruster will be places and a new switchboard.

The classic vessel can accommodate 12 guests in a master suite and five double cabins. Crew quarters allow for a staff of 11.

Power is provided by two General Motors 12V149N diesel engines. Top speed is 14 knots.

M/Y Charisma is the seventh refit project undertaken by the Dutch yard Balk this year. Charisma will be relaunched in the summer of 2017.
