Filippetti Yachts has launched the second hull in the Navetta 26 range

Named M/Y Maxima

Italian yard Filippetti Yachts has launched M/Y Maxima, the second hull in the Navetta 26 range.

The new yacht is styled by Hot Lab Design studio, while the naval architecture is by Pietro Mingarelli.

She is easily spotted due to the large window area, double glazed and thermally insulated. The owner plans to cruise the northern seas, so good thermal insulation is paramount.

The new Navetta 26 has been customised by adding a new skylounge and raised wheelhouse instead of the flybridge fitted to the first Navetta 26, delivered in 2011.

The forward area of the main deck is reserved for dining. The salon offers spectacular 180-degree views out to sea. Accommodation area is situated below deck. Four guests can be accommodated in the owner's suite and VIP stateroom. A crew cabin is available, but the owner plans to cruise without any crew so his yacht features four remote helm stations, two fore and two aft of the main deck.

Power is provided by two MAN R6 diesel engines, each delivering 730 hp. Maximum range is 3,000 nautical miles.
