It’s the first unit of Numarine 62HT
The first hull in the Numarine 62HT range has been sold to Australia. It's a first for the Turkish yard.
Measuring in a 19.16m LOA, with a 5.15m beam, the Numarine 62HT has the same bold styling common to all the Turkish yard's family line products, with a sportive design that respects the exceptional onboard space available to the owner. Ample open areas and brightly lit interiors define Numarine's traditional and characteristic layout.
The 62HT is drawn by Numarine's designer Can Yalman, responsible for the concept, lines and interiors while Umberto Tagliavini is the naval architect and Gurit was in charge of the structural engineering.
The 62HT (HardTop) can accommodate six guests in three well fitted cabins.
Numarine 62HT performance claims, are up to 35-knots top speed using IPS 1200s, with the IPS 950 base engines giving 30.8 knots, and 900hp D13 Volvos with shafts are listed as an option.
Using Volvo IPS is important in space saving, it allows accommodation space to free up. Their smaller size frees up considerable space in the engine room, which in turn allows us to increase fuel tank capacity, notably increasing the cruising range.
Volvo IPS system offers also a 30 percent reduction in fuel consumption, and 30 percent less CO2 emissions.
