Exploris is the name

British studio Gresham Yacht Design has revealed the concept for a 100m explorer superyacht named Exploris.

The robust-looking vessel features an Ice Class hull that can take the guests and owner anywhere in the world.

Steve Gresham, director of Gresham Yacht Design explains, “Exploris features a dedicated helicopter hangar that can house an Augusta Grand or EC135.”

“Guests enjoy a fully private promenade deck above the bridge deck with observation saloon and extra wide side decks,” adds Gresham. “The owners have a private deck area and below this there is a forward facing observation lounge above the enclosed mooring room. We have been working closely with interior designers Seymour Diamond to develop interior layouts, architectural details furnishing and finishes.”

The vessel provides plenty of accommodation and uses twin Azipod propulsion for a maximum range of 7,000 nautical miles. Combined with a forward retractable thruster and twin bow thrusters, Exploris has excellent manoeuvrability and dynamic positioning capabilities.
