French yard Couach Yachts has announced the sale of the first hull in the 1500 range.
The 15m vessel has a sporty and streamlined profile inspired by the Guy Couach 1600 classic boat.
The Couach 1500 features a large bow area for relaxation and sunbathing at anchor or for an exciting ride when underway. The sunpads that can be removed to allow natural light to flood into the master cabin below via the skylight.
The walk-around decks lead to the aft deck, a relaxing and open space that transforms from sofa and coffee table with accompanying freestanding seating to a large dining table for up to eight guests. Double sets of stairs on port and starboard lead down to the large swimming platform, the perfect spot from which to enjoy water sports, and large enough to stow a jetski.
The 1500’s main deck interior features large windows in order to enhance the sense of space, and a large L-shaped sofa facing a wall-mounted television. Amidships, a compact and practical galley to starboard sits alongside the steering console with double helm seats. Up to six guests can be accommodated on board in three double cabins, including the master cabin.
The yacht is fitted with two Volvo IPS600 435hp engines as standard, delivering a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots with a range of 350nm at 22 knots.
