80m superyacht
Turkish yard Bilgin has revealed the largest yacht to date: the 80m Bilgin 263.
The vessel is under construction at the Yalova facility in Turkey. The yacht is the third order from a repeat client from India. The exterior design and naval architecture is the work of Antalya-based Unique Yacht Design, while the engineering is from H2 Yacht Design.
The superyacht will be able to accommodate 16 guests in eight staterooms, including a master suite. It has also crew quarters for a staff of 24 people.
Power is provided by two MTU 16V 4000 M73 diesel engines each delivering 2,625 hp for a top speed of 18 knots.
The new superyacht is the first of two similar hulls in construction at the Turkish yard. The second Bilgin 263 has a launch date set for spring 2018.
