Feadship has launched the 69m M/Y Samaya

Built for a diving aficionado

Dutch yard Feadship has published the first images with M/Y Samaya.

The 69m superyacht will be used as a base for diving adventures. It features exterior styling and naval architecture from De Voogt, while the interior is the work of British studio RWD.

M/Y Samaya can accommodate 12 guests in six double cabins, including the owner's suite. The crew quarters are designed to offer space for a staff of 16 people. The foredeck garage is home for two large tenders and a lot of water toys.

The European owner wanted a dedicated dive center on the yacht. It has a colored floor, bespoke layout and a lot of diving gear.

For an improved post-dive experience, Samaya has a recovery plunge pool, and the interior can be heated to 30 degrees Celsius.

Power for the new superyacht is provided by two CAT 3512C diesel engines. Top speed is 16 knots, while the maximum range is 5,000 nautical miles.
