Italian builder Tankoa is mainly known for luxury cruising superyachts. But now, Tankoa shifts towards a more sporty attitude with the new 58m Open Concept.
The Italian yard has joined forces with Francesco Paszkowski design studio to create what will become its fastest superyacht.
With a streamlined profile, the new concept oozes speed. The engine configuration confirms this with its triple engine setup: 3x 2,000 kW MTU diesel engines that drive twin Kamewa waterjets and a central booster. Top speed will be around 30 knots.
“From now on, luxury cruising doesn’t mean giving up the excitement of running fast and loose. With this cutting edge mega yacht you can have it all", says a statement from the yard.
